Three Essential Systems You Need in Order to Manage Your Business

How many ebooks, products, or ecourses have you bought lately that tell you how to “manage” your business? I’m guessing that NONE of them tell you how to “manage” your business, but rather they tell you how to market your business, get more clients, and increase your income.

Building a successful long-term profitable business isn’t about “marketing” your business, it’s about “managing” your business – the marketing comes once you have your management systems in place.

You cannot begin to market your business if you can’t find the information you need, don’t know who you are marketing to, and don’t know where you are in your business.

consistently micro-manage your finances to get out of debt,

eliminate impulsivity in your spending,

plan for the future,

organize all your bills and receipts,

and so on…

It flies in the face of the very challenges ADHD adults face. Just think about how most ADHD adults see money management.

The NHS: A Seriously Failing Public Service With no Internal Robust Financial Management Systems

I am sick and tired of  hearing that the NHS is in financial crisis and that they have to axe front line services to balance the books.  By threateneing cuts in front line services and trying to lay the blame on the Government, they know they can manipulate the media and public opinion without having to accept any responsibility for how they are blatantly wasting public money on serving their own itnerests.  It is about time sympathy for the NHS came to an end.
