Personal finance means an application regarding finance’s principles to decisions relating to money of a person or unit of family. It shows paths according to which families or individual obtain, save, spend or budget resources of money over longer period, considering various risks of finance as well as future events of life. Personal finance includes payment done for purchasing insurance (property or health insurance) or buying any asset, or on education etc. Personal-finance’s components may include savings-account and checking, credit-cards as well as consumer debts, making investment in stock-market, plans for retirement, and benefits from social-security, policies of insurance and management of income-tax.

Finance Jobs : Financial Accountant Job Career Profile
The financial accountant work is critical to making a business work, including the purchase and sales ledger, balance sheets, reconciliations, cash flow, credit control, and stautory reporting. In larger companies there would be a separate financial accountant and a separate management accountant. The management accountant looks at profit and loss, monthly accounts and analyse these to advise the board or owner of the business in make key business decisions.
A Group Financial Accountant would be responsible for the financial accounting in a group of companies, share reporting obligations,consolidating the financial accounts, plus also doing the European or International statutory reporting, for example US Gaap reporting in a US owned company.

The increase in consumerism today has made the common man or the average earner to spend more than what he used to. This resulted in more people getting in to debts and credit card scams. Many people today are suffering from huge loans that they have taken from the banks and are finding it difficult to pay them back.
All this confusion leads them to the conclusion that finance management is almost impossible. This is not right. It is definitely true that the concept of personal finance management and personal budgets is completely confusing, but they are not impossible for sure.
